Our unsmoked back bacon is hand dry cured and slowly matured for a full flavoured, meaty taste.
All our award winning dry cured bacon is made using only British outdoor bred pork from RSPCA Assured Farms.
Our unsmoked back bacon is lovely and moist, beautifully sliced with just the right amount of fat for the perfect cook. Because it’s dry cured and not pumped full of water like other bacon, you wont find any white froth in the pan and this means the taste is fuller and meatier than other bacons too.
